Bad time of the year to get sick...

Took mom to the emergency room yesterday evening. She had woke up the night before with a high fever and chills. Taking Tylenol did nothing to help, so off to the hospital we went. She was diagnosed with pneumonia. It wasn't severe enough for them to admit her to the hospital, so she is doctoring it at home. She got three prescriptions, and they wanted her to take some over-the-counter Mucinex to break loose some phlegm.

Just hopefully I won't wind up with it. Once a couple of years ago, I took her to the doctor, she was diagnosed with the flu. Two days later, I had the flu...
