Where's the bus??

Andrew waited out in the cold over 20 minutes this morning for the school bus, which never showed up. The bus driver lives down the road from us, as does my aunt and uncle. Called uncle, he said the school bus was still sitting outside the bus drivers house. Called bus driver, only got an answering machine. Drove son to school myself, even though I wasn't fully awake yet.

The bus driver is kind of "quirky" to say the least. She drives fast, stops at each stop by slamming on the brakes. I'm willing to bet, since the school holiday ended today, she probably overslept. IF that is the case, hope she loses her job!

The Ouachita Parish School System isn't the same as it was back when I attended. It has went downhill fast!
