Home Repair Update

After getting the floor in the bathroom replaced the other day, I feel a little "taller" every time I go in there now. The workers said the house had settled, but the sewer pipe for the toilet didn't, and it was causing the floor under the toilet to bulge up, causing a slow leak around the rim. To solve the problem, they put 3/4" plywood on the floor, which leveled the toilet. There is a small "step-up" now when you walk into the bathroom. As a result, the sink is slightly lower, since the floor is slightly higher, thus making me feel like I grew an inch or so.
