Snow Day in Northeast Louisiana

We are currently getting a rare, albeit light, snowfall here in northeast Louisiana. We only get a snow like this every 3-4 years on average. One snowflake seen here usually means school is out a couple of days. That was confirmed earlier this afternoon, when the local school board announced there would be no school tomorrow as a result of the weather. Mom went to the grocery store earlier, said the parking lot of the place was FULL, guess people stocking up on things thinking the weather will be worse than I imagine it will be.
