bitchy"WEST MONROE (KNOE 8 News) - KNOE 8 News has learned that an 86-year old Columbia woman died over the weekend. The chief investigator with the Ouachita Parish coroner's office, Warren Lee, tells KNOE that Margie Davis died Saturday from injuries she sustained at a local Walmart. According to Lee, a display on the end of an aisle fell on Davis sometime Friday at the West Monroe Walmart. Davis died Saturday at the hospital. Autopsy results show she died from head and chest injuries as a result from that accident. The coroner's office says the display was 7 to 8 feet tall and 3 to 4 feet wide. Davis's visitation is being held in Jena Monday at 4. "
So far, the family of the poor woman is getting NO cooperation from the store, they are getting passed off to corporate headquarters, who only say they are "investigating the matter". I hope they get the pants sued off them!
