In other news, off work today and tomorrow, going to do my best to not leave the house, since it is supposed to continue raining both days! The boy is out of school today also, but not because of illness or anything weather related. The schools are closed for "Columbus Day". No mail running today either. WHY are we still giving Columbus credit for "discovering the New World", when it has been archaeologically proven the Vikings were here at least two centuries earlier??
