Cam is available in two flavors: Meta Refresh at 20 seconds, and a Random Streaming Cam(with really craptastic audio). If the picture develops lines a few times, yet you can still see the "caption", this is not a fault with your browser, it has something to do with a "quirk" in the Logitech webcam in the living room.
