Arrgh, nearly at my wits end!

With only a couple of weeks left in the school year, Andrew managed yesterday to get himself kicked out for the rest of the year, by apparently telling a teacher he was going to "kill her". School councelor said this time it wouldn't count against him grade wise however, since the special education class he's in doesn't have "finals". I just don't understand the kid. He makes very good grades, and knows if he gets in trouble with his behaviour he'll get things and privileges he likes taken from him (this time I've removed his PS3 for a MONTH, and have him going to bed at "school hours" through what would have been the rest of the school year), yet he still can't control himself! Hopefully his councelor from Cognitive Development Center will come by to see him again soon because of this, since his next appointment there isn't until July 21st.
