busyThe fourth, and last load of laundry is in the dryer at the moment. I washed the clothes first, towels and washcloths second, Eastwood's "towels"(the ones I have throughout the house to keep him from getting quite as much hair on everything) third, and Andrew's bed linens last. Dishes need washing, but I think I'll postpone that till later.
While laundry was getting done, I went ahead and filed my federal taxes online. If all goes well, I should get my refund check within 2 or 3 weeks. I'll do the state taxes next week.
"Double dipped" again on a DVD last night. I've had the Criterion version of "Monty Python's Life of Brian" for a few years now, but Sony Pictures Home Entertainment just released a new two-disc version, with a couple of bonus features not on the older Criterion release, and a digitally cleaned up version of the main film, which, from reviews I've read, looks a LOT better than the older version I have. I remember I paid $39.99 for the older DVD, new one was only $13.72. Will probably watch it sometime today, along with some more "Gomer Pyle USMC" episodes, "Are You Being Served?" episodes, etc...(still gotta lotta viewin' to do!)
Currently listening to Leo Laporte's "TWiT" (This Week in Tech) podcast...need to eventually clean out the "dead links" that are posted various places on my website (mostly friends websites that are no longer active), but I may save that for next week also.
