Update to March 1st Post

Just got a reply to my email to "Entertainment Weekly" concerning my extremely late/missing issues:

Thank you for contacting ENTERTAINMENT WEEKLY Customer Service.We are sorry that you had problems with your magazine subscription. We extended your subscription to compensate for any missed issues. Your new expiration date is October 14, 2006. Please let us know if the problem persists so that we can investigate further. We value you as a customer and hope that you continue to enjoy our magazine. If we can be of additional assistance, please let us know.We appreciate this opportunity to be of service.

For a reasonably priced(by subscription-$20 per 40 issues) weekly magazine they seem to have good customer service.
