Arthritis?

For the past two days, I've been experiencing something odd with my left hand. Whenever I move it, I hear a faint "popping" sound, and have the "feeling" inside the middle of the back of the hand of a rubber band snapping. No pain, just that kind of sensation. I have no problems gripping anything, but if I move the hand the slightest bit, I get that sensation every time. Suppose I might be starting to get arthritis? Or maybe I pulled a light muscle somehow?
