Mom's A/C

Just got back from my moms place next door. She called from the post office this morning before starting her route, and said she just called Bell Heating & Air to come out and check her air, because it wasn't putting out any cold air, and she needed me to let him in. It was already starting to get mighty hot in there when I went over. Turns out, there were two problems. Fan on the outer unit wasn't turning, because the fan motor was dead, and there was a bad capacitor. The repairman replaced both parts, and now cold air is starting to circulate. So now, her cat won't get overly hot, and she'll come home to a cool house.
