Ch-Ch-Ch-Changes...... Part Deux

Did a few more changes to the website. Put each of the four cams on seperate pages, and made a "Cam Only" index page to link to them. Brought back the "streaming java" versions as a result, although all will probably never be on simultaniously. Changed the HTML refresh rate of the cams to 45 seconds from the earlier 20 seconds. Also, updated the "Online Friends" page... a few friends sites I hadn't been visiting as often as I should have were "defunct", so eliminated the links to those, and added a couple I hadn't added earlier.

In other news, I really need to straighten up my cluttered computer table "one day"...
