Deja Vu

Anyone that might remember this post from 2003, well, I'm having the same "Door Ajar" and overhead light problem AGAIN! I did some online research, discovered HERE and HERE that it is a common problem in 1998 Ford Rangers... going to try the "WD-40 on the door latch" remedy a few suggested, if that doesn't work, I'm taking my printed out copies of those pages with me to the local Ford dealer, and make them either fix it for free, or just disconnect the "Door Ajar" sensor completely for free... I can tell if my doors are closed or not! Only two doors after all!
