Trick Question?

I was reading through the "microsoft.public.windowsxp.general" newsgroup this morning and stumbled across this question someone posted:

If someone is dumb enough to think they actually need spyware on their system, they don't need a computer to begin with! Anyway, Bruce Chambers, one of the regular MVP's there, replied:
