Don't People Bother To READ First?

Just checked "microsoft.public.windowsxp.general" and "microsoft.public.windowsxp.help_and_support" newsgroups again, they are both FILLED with people getting that "W32.Blaster.Worm" on their computers. They take the time to post long descriptions of their problem, apparently unaware they have a virus...even though the problem has been answered at least 2000 times in those groups so far in the past two days! They could save time by just reading one post up,or one down, or 20 before or after! It is getting rediculous there!
