Not Feeling Well At All....

For some reason, it feels like my "mid-section" from my stomach down to the upper part of my legs have been severely beaten...feels like I'm "internally bruised" or something. And twice since I got up to get ready for work, my left arm has went numb. My head feels very tight(doesn't hurt though), eyes keep watering...leaving for work now, hope whatever it is passes, I can barely turn myself around with the "middle pain"....
