Phone STILL Not Working

Got up this morning to find the telephone is still dead! Sent in a repair request email to BellSouth, and also went to the FCC website and registered a complaint with them concerning BellSouth's shoddy service record concerning my phone recently. If I am not mistaken, a phone company is obligated "by law" to provide a reliable "voice line". This is something BellSouth HAS NOT been doing lately!
Went next door and used my mothers phone this morning to call BellSouth also. I let them know I was getting fed up with these outages, since the problem is definitely on THEIR end, and that I reported them to the FCC. All they said was "it should be fixed by 5pm Monday"...damn asshats!
Well, off to back sometime after 5pm...
