Well, it's 2:30pm. STILL no Comcast technician has shown up to check my internet issues (connection going in and out sporadically). The time I was given yesterday was for 10am-Noon this morning. I set my clock so I'd be sure not to accidentally oversleep.

I've decided to just "chalk it up" that they ain't showing up today. I'll call them again Monday, since generally when I call, I get an automated recording, they remotely reset my modem... then when that doesn't work, I call back a second time and THEN they put me through to a human being.
