You reckon?

Really starting to think I've been "without" a little TOO long. Everytime a lady in my Friends List posts a picture showing the least little amount of skin below the neck, I immediately get "happy pants"...

Gotta hand it to Amazon...

Just received confirmation that my "Best of The Dean Martin Variety Show" DVD set that I pre-ordered Wednesday shipped today, to be delivered ON the June 14th release date. What was even MORE surprising though... cheaper than I thought! They apparently DO stick by their "price guarantee" that states, "Order now and if the Amazon.com price decreases between your order time and the end of the day of the release date, you'll receive the lowest price."

Well, the day I ordered it, the price was $53.99, six dollars less than the $59.95 list price. Confirmation on shipping email had it as $38.99. Sure enough, I went back to the product page... Amazon's price had lowered since Wednesday, and I AM being billed the lower price!

I think things like this is why Amazon is so successfull... they are a rarity nowdays... an HONEST company!

Ack... music downloads over PHYSICAL media?!?

Leave it to a LOCAL artist to get me to order my first digital download, since I PREFER a physical copy... Chuck apparently had no actual CD... or LP (would have preferred either)...

The Chuck Redden song "Edwin Shuffle", only copy I had was from a cassette recording of "Dr. Demento" in the 80's, it was in a commercial break on the local station. After following on Facebook, noticed there was an albums worth on Amazon... out of curiosity I bought the MP3 version... IMPRESSED!
