Phone Update Again

A repair person from BellSouth knocked on my door this morning(waking me up) and said they think the problem is in a "DSLAM" or something along those lines, and the power is cycling down at a certain time every night. He has put in a repair ticket, but he said it may be Tuesday before they get to it, because the people that do that kind of work are out of town. He gave me a number to call to a head office if I haven't heard anything by then. I just hope they get this shit straightened out VERY soon...it's pissing me off!
