This evening, I digitized the next four episodes of the Tape and Record Show Enterprises series "TRS Presents: Soap" from the original "broadcast" audio cassettes...

NOTE: Series went on "hiatus" from the TRSE weekly line-up after this episode.

TRS Presents: Soap, Episode 23: Broadcast Monday, July 15, 1985 at 9:00pm central. Theme Music: Swing Swing Swing(John Williams). After Congressman McCallum's wife catches him with Eunice, he dumps her. Burt is temporarily missing from the mental ward, Corrine discovers Judge Petrillo is fooling around with Ingrid, who is trying to "fix" Jessica's trial, Tim tells his mother that he plans to leave the priesthood, and Mrs. Sheila Fine testifies against Jessica in court. / Musical Intermission: "Wonderin'" (Neil Young and the Shocking Pinks). NOTE: Series returned from a lengthy "hiatus" from the TRSE weekly line-up with this episode.

TRS Presents: Soap, Episode 24: Broadcast Monday, July 22, 1985 at 9:00pm central. Theme Music: Swing Swing Swing(John Williams). Mary gets flustered after Burt tells her that he killed her first husband, on their weekend together Jodie and Carol end up having intimate relations, Corrine returns home, and the jury in Jessica's trial recesses to draw up their verdict."

"TRS Presents" left the weekly Tape and Record Show Enterprises "broadcast schedule" for nearly two years after episode 22. The "musical intermission" wasn't listed on the original handwritten 3x5 card for episode 23 at the time, but since I listen to each recording while digitally transferring, I added it to the episode description. Episode 24 had no intermission, since I apparently used the "unabbreviated" version of the "TRS Presents" theme by John Williams during the opening, which padded out the episode.
