Sneak Previews
I was still awake after digitizing the previous two hours of "Tape and Record Show" audio cassettes, so decided to finish out the last 90-minutes of season seven of the "flagship" series by digitizing the final episode of the season, a "sneak preview" of the next season of Tape and Record Show Enterprises shows, hosted by Paul Morrison and yours truly...
"The Tape and Record Show: Episode 456. Broadcast Wednesday, June 25, 1986 at 7:00pm central. Theme Music: Portable Radio(Daryl Hall and John Oates). Albert Sims and Paul Morrison take a look at the upcoming season of series produced by Tape and Record Show Enterprises. Scenes include: Radio Yesteryear, TRS Presents: Soap, James Stricklin Song Mirage, Jerry Sanders' Hit Parade, TRS Music Show, Paul's Country Corral, Orbit's Independent Sampler, and The Dr. Demento Show."
As mentioned by Paul in the intro, normally the TRSE "sneak peeks" were half-hour "broadcasts", but for the first time, I decided to use the entire hour and a half Wednesday evening line-up time slot for the next season preview.
