Apparently at the time, I did some editing for "language" in episodes 396 and 397 of "The Tape and Record Show", which really makes no sense to me today, because so many prior episodes were "broadcast" without language edits. After all, it's not like these were ACTUALLY "aired" on the public airwaves. Then again, I can't remember my "mindset" from 39 years ago. The edits take something out of the presentation, even though it's only audio. Random Observation: In my language editing, I missed the final "shit" in the movie in episode 397.

The rather long gap between new shows is mentioned by James at the beginning of episode 65 of the "Song Mirage", since the previous new episode was December 23,1985, due to James' work schedule. Repeats filled in on the regular "broadcast" time slot in the meantime. Can't remember the circumstances from back then, but it was discussed by James and I that Randy Haney was either in Natchitoches or Winnfield at the time, so wouldn't be able to do a second "King Jam" special, which actually never got produced.
