Two More Digitizations Completed Tonight

Wasn't as groggy as I thought I'd be this time of night, so digitally transferred two more old "broadcasts" from the Tape and Record Show Enterprises archives after that last four episode batch...

"Paul's Country Corral: Episode 32. Broadcast Wednesday, November 5, 1986 at 7:30pm central. Theme Music: Soul to Soul(Stevie Ray Vaughan and Double Trouble). Songs: My First Taste of Texas(Ed Bruce), Good Time Charlie Got The Blues(Willie Nelson), Fat Friends(Hank Williams Jr), Southern Man(Neil Young), Big Train From Memphis(John Fogerty).

Paul's Country Corral: Episode 33. Broadcast Wednesday, November 12, 1986 at 7:30pm central. Theme Music: Soul to Soul(Stevie Ray Vaughan and Double Trouble). Songs: Let's Do Something Cheap and Superficial(Burt Reynolds), Stars On The Water(Jimmy Buffett), Farewell Party(Gene Watson), Border of the Quarter(Leon Redbone), Look At That Look At That(Fabulous Thunderbirds)."

Paul Morrison makes mention of "The Monkees" reunion concert he and I attended in Ruston, Louisiana that year in episode 32. Maybe "ironic" isn't the proper term, but after Paul dissed the group during the "TRS Music Show" Monkees Anniversary episodes, he mentions here that he thought it was a good concert. That concert only had Davy Jones, Micky Dolenz, and Peter Tork. Mike Nesmith wasn't present, although he was present on "The Monkees Present" LP back when it was released. :-P
