Two Procedures, One Day

Went to Ochsner LSU Health Shreveport Monroe Medical Center this morning for my pre-op testing for the two procedures I'm having Monday. Got the usual COVID test I get before each esophageal dilation procedure. For the other procedure, the prep involves drinking two bottles of liquid the day before, to "clean me out". I don't think I've had a colonoscopy since sometime in the 1990's.

Since I'm always "knocked out" for the dilation procedure, I imagine I'll be heavily "sedated" most of Monday morning.
