Mom's Missing Shades

Mom took her car to Car Wash West this afternoon. She noticed later that the sunshades she got from her eye doctor to wear after she gets her eyes dilated at her twice yearly appointments were missing. She called them, got a call back from a manager. He said he'd look over their surveillance cameras and call her again tomorrow.

The cameras are not INSIDE the vehicles, so not sure what he expects to discover from the tapes.
