Damn Spasm

Just went to the bathroom, bent down to raise the seat, had another spasm in the upper part of my left leg. Almost fell over. Get those spasms occasionally, been happening for a few years now. Brought it up ages ago to a doctor at Conway, all he said was that I should exercise more. I was getting PLENTY of exercise at that time... I was collecting carts on the Walmart parking lot, so "exercise" has NOTHING to do with it.
