Is LG Watching Me?

I apply online for a job as a dishwasher. A few minutes later, I get an email from the LG appliance company (I signed up for their emails when I registered the microwave oven online after I bought it). The email was an advertisement for a dishwasher.

Merely a coincidence, or a "WTF??" moment?
