Random facts: When I was still in high school in the early 1980's, I started writing a comedic novel, initially called "The Stars: Behind the Scenes". It was about a fictional movie studio in West Monroe,Louisiana. Characters were loosely based on people I knew in real life, names were changed. I'd call it today a cross between the movie "Singin' In The Rain" and the TV show "Soap", since it was serialized chapter to chapter.
After a few short chapters (hey, even P.G.Wodehouse had SHORT chapters from time to time), I ended up with writers block. Those loose leaf, handwritten pages have been sitting idle all this time. STILL don't think I could get the characters out of the "rut" I got them in back then!
Maybe, EVENTUALLY, I need to type them in digitally, just IN CASE I can get those characters out of the mess I got them into over 30 years ago!
