False Advertising?

That Sears TV commercial insinuates you can find someone in the store to help you when you are buying appliances. What a laugh! Mom couldn't find anyone on the floor to help her when she was buying a new kitchen stove. She gave up, went to Best Buy, got help immediately, left there with a new stove.
