Back From Appointment

Blood pressure was high again when they took it at the clinic this morning (152 / 106), pulse was a bit high (101), so the doctor has doubled my Lisinopril dosage from one a day to two a day. Also, he suspects the daily gagging up of clear, bitter tasting liquid is an acid reflux issue instead of a sinus drainage issue, so he prescribed some medicine to take nightly before bedtime.

He said, since I've turned 50, might be a good idea to have a check for colon cancer, so I have an appointment November 13th at the radiology department for a "barium enema with air contrast". They will also be checking my cholesterol levels that day.

Also, got my flu shot while I was there this morning.
