Plumbing Update

After the plumber pumped the large amount of water that was standing under the house, he found the issue. The cold water pipe buried under the house has a leak. He'll be back after lunch to fix it.

UPDATE(4:04pm): $1350 later, the water pipe leak under the house has been repaired. Repair guaranteed for a year.
