No Postage

When I went out to the mailbox this morning, there was a small Hallmark card sitting on top of the mail... no envelope, no postage on it. Inside was handwritten "Lacy's Jewelry Show, July 19,2015, 2pm to 4pm, 401 Pine Ridge Rd. WM, rsvp 318-355-7062".

I'm gonna take the card by the post office Monday. My guess is someone went down the road putting these cards in everyones mailbox on the road, since Pine Ridge is just UP the road from us. I believe a person can get fined for placing stuff in mailboxes without postage.
