BAD BLU-RAY...BAD!!!

Well, it finally happened. Had a Blu-ray movie apparently go "bad". Only watched the disc around three times since I bought it. Was showing it to mom today, it froze about 48 minutes into the movie. Wouldn't start playing again until around the hour and 12 minute mark, thus missing a good chunk of the film. Tried the disc in three other Blu-ray capable devices, they wouldn't even SEE the disc!

I have hundreds of CDs, DVDs, and Blu-ray discs total, and this is the FIRST one to go bad. It's also the only one out of the bunch on the "Criterion" label. Not sure if it's a coincidence or not.
