According to the renter, the troublemaker drives a white Toyota car, and lives close by, on Lacy Street, off of West Heights Drive. Renter will be home this evening. When he's at work, mom, Andrew, and I will be trying to keep an eye out on things in case the lunatic shows up again. Renter has threatened to shoot the guy if he shows up again stirring up trouble.
