Subject: ALL Cities Web Mail - Scheduled Maintenance

Problem: The following message has been updated to the IVR to reflect the current network status. WHO: BellSouth Internet Services Dedicated Internet Access, FastAccess, and Dial customers will be affected by this scheduled maintenance. WHAT: We are performing a scheduled maintenance that will be affecting our WEB servers. As a result of this, our customers will not be able to upload via ftp to personal.bellsouth.net. Customers will use personal.bellsouth.net/~username or http://personal.bellsouth.net/~username to get to their web pages once the maintenance is complete. In addition, FastAccess customers that have downloaded our Connection Manager Tool may experience a yellow diagonal line or a red X through the tool. The yellow line indicates which system is affected by the maintenance and the red X indicates that the customer has no connection. WHEN: The work is scheduled to take place on Friday, February 15, 2002, during the hours of 12:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. EST. WHERE: This will impact the nine-state Bellsouth region that BellSouth Internet Services serves. WHY: We will be upgrading our system to improve our services. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for choosing BellSouth Internet Services.
