Subject: ALL Cities Web Mail - Scheduled Maintenance

Problem: The following message has been updated to the IVR to reflect the current network status. WHO: BellSouth Internet Services Dedicated Internet Access, FastAccess, and Dial customers will be affected by this scheduled maintenance. WHAT: We are performing a scheduled maintenance that will be affecting our WEB servers. As a result of this, our customers will not be able to upload via ftp to Customers will use or to get to their web pages once the maintenance is complete. In addition, FastAccess customers that have downloaded our Connection Manager Tool may experience a yellow diagonal line or a red X through the tool. The yellow line indicates which system is affected by the maintenance and the red X indicates that the customer has no connection. WHEN: The work is scheduled to take place on Friday, February 15, 2002, during the hours of 12:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. EST. WHERE: This will impact the nine-state Bellsouth region that BellSouth Internet Services serves. WHY: We will be upgrading our system to improve our services. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for choosing BellSouth Internet Services.
