No Freeze...

After a back and forth on the phone between Frigidaire & Lowe's this morning about a BRAND NEW upright freezer that doesn't work, waiting for a call back. Purchased Tuesday, delivered yesterday, the OUTSIDE of the thing is cooler than the INSIDE... and the temperature adjustment dial was set all the way up to "Coldest" all night!
