We apologize for the problem. It is affecting many people not just you.
I "nudged" AT&T quite a bit tonight and we found the source of the problem.
It is an issue in their backbone. They are working to fix it now.
Hopefully they will be able to get most of it corrected tonight. They might
have to do some cleanup work tomorrow night, when they see what is left.
You can rest assured that I will be watching carefully again tomorrow night
to ensure that the fix is completed.
So, HOPEFULLY, things are about to get fixed!
