Too many DVDs?

Mom mentioned a couple of weeks ago she has never seen the movie "Casablanca". I've seen it numerous times, one of my favorite films. Thought I'd show her the DVD, which I could have SWORN I had in my collection. Turns out I didn't have it. I DO, however, have a copy recorded off TV on VHS years ago, which is where my initial confusion may have set in.

Decided to not show her the taped copy, because VHS looks TERRIBLE on the 46" HDTV. Since it's a movie I felt I NEEDED in my collection, I picked up a copy on Blu-ray yesterday while I was at Target buying some new pants. I'll show that to her soon.

I do, however, have "The Maltese Falcon" and "Key Largo" on DVD, two other Bogart films.
