Andrew got invited to a prom by what I call his "part time" girlfriend (they aren't really "dating", but visit every now and then) at her school. The girls grandmother is footing the bill for Andrew's suit rental, which he went yesterday to get fitted for.

It suddenly occurred to me, if the suit doesn't have a clip-on tie supplied, I hope he is able to find someone to tie it for him. Never really going anywhere "formal" myself, I never learned to tie one... heck, I don't even OWN one!

Mom said, if things came right down to it, she might could take him down the road to Uncle Floyd's house and he could tie it for him.
