What time zone?

I'm beginning to wonder what time zone my sons friends mom is on. When she says she'll drop my sons friend Kyle off here at 4pm, he gets here at 7pm. When she says she'll pick him up at 10pm, it's way later. This happens repeatedly.

Hope she's more punctual where ever she works!
