Andrew Dun Goofed...

Both my mother and I have told Andrew to not bring his cellphone to school, since that school has a policy against them. Today, I get a call from Andrew saying they caught him with the phone out, they took it from him, and either me or my mom needed to come pick him up from school today so he could get it back.

Get a call a few minutes later from an authority at the school, saying Andrew is wrong about the policy once a phone is taken from a student. Neither the parent OR the student can get the phone back for 15 days. Sooo, this means he'll be without the phone for half a month.

I think being without the phone will be punishment enough for him, because he has a couple of friends he talks to that the cellphone is the ONLY contact he has with them, so dropping out of touch with them that length of time should teach him a lesson! He knows his ass will be grass if I EVER see long distance charges on the home phone, so he better NOT attempt to contact them that way, unless he wants me to completely and permanently remove internet access from him!
